Service Offerings:

A minimum of 12 sessions are offered over the course of 1.5 months virtually or in person, each session is 1 hour each focused entirely on individualized breathing, touch and movement exercises. You can start as early as 6 weeks postpartum or whenever you’re ready thereafter. Postpartum Recovery with the Paula Method will help you heal from any issues that came up during the birthing process from constipation to tearing to prolapse.

Costs vary by service and packages are available for those interested in multiple services. Some fees may be payable by your HRA/HSA/FSA accounts as I do accept HRA/HSA/FSA cards for payment when applicable.
